Don’t look past good old-fashioned garlic bread, make yourself some buttery pasta with garlic as the main ingredient, or whip up a delicious stir fry with some garlic for added flavour. If you’re feeling brave, why not try combining garlic with your favourite fruit or vegetables as an immunity booster? Try juicing a clove of garlic with a few carrots, some celery and apple, beetroot or ginger to taste. It’s not for everyone, but why not try something new and healthy that won’t break the bank, like other so-called ‘superfoods’?
