Here are some of my favourite group workout sessions the city has to offer. Not only are they a great time, they’re totally free! Drag your friends along and use the money you would have spent on expensive gym memberships to buy yourself a new outfit for your trim and toned bod!

 

Kouta Fit Club

Run by ex AFL player Anthony ‘Kouta’ Koutoufides, Kouta Fit Club offers free training and optional $5 post workout energy beverages.
